The Artisan Farmstead Cheese Workshop that was held at Heritage Home~Place in Cameron, MO was a wonderful experience of learning! Christy Harris demonstrated how to make fine Italian cheeses such as: Mozzarella, Provolone, and Ricotta! She shared some wonderful Cheese Refreshments as well. Very delicious! We look forward to more Workshops with Christy! ~ Dee
I loved the soap we got, when we stopped by with the goat problem we had, so started thinking (again...since I had wanted to several years before that) about learning to make my own. I did a lot of reading, but didn't make any till I took ...your class, which really helped me understand how to do it better, and made me less afraid to venture out on my own.

I had so much fun I wish I could take several more of your classes, but am having to wait on that till we can afford more (whenever that may be)...our fun money is non existant these days it seems. LOL I do wish we were closer, but the drive is so worth it, to take your classes!! :) ~Deb
